mail quota
mail quota 部分できた。
使用容量の表示もできるようになりますた。あと、容量オーバーの際の警告メール送信も。
容量オーバーでメールはじかれて「メールがこなくなったよ」っていう問い合わせが多いから
これはかなりいい感じでサービス改善ができるのかもしれない。
あとスクリプト全体をSSL対応サーバーにアップしてテストすることと、各個人用（非管理者）
の管理ページを作りこんだら、最後は現行のサーバーに対応させて完了かも。
あ。。あとテストランさせなきゃだめっす。人柱な人におながいしてちょっとテストします。
