デフォルトタイム：試合開始後30分以上遅刻したプレーヤーは不戦敗とする。レーティングの変動はない。
事前Bye：Bye（不戦）の申告は大会前日18:00まで受け付ける。ＴＤに連絡のこと。事前申告Byeは0.5ポイント、期限以降の申告Byeは0ポイントとするが、最終2ラウンドの申告Byeは全て0ポイントとする。申告Byeが2ラウンド以上あるプレーヤーは入賞対象から外す。
強制Bye（組合せ上のBye）は1ポイントとする。
ラウンド1のペアリングは受付/チェックイン時間終了後(11:30)に実施し発表する。この時点で受付を済ませていないプレーヤーはラウンド1のペアリングには含まれず、0ポイントとして扱う。その場合チェックインを済ませたのち、次のラウンドからペアリングに組み込まれる。
Bye締切時間以降のBye申告または大会への参加をキャンセルする場合は 大阪阿倍野チェスクラブcodfish@hyper.ocn.ne.jpにメール連絡のこと。
もし、事前に欠場届を提出せず、次のラウンドの組み合わせが発表される前に上記アドレスにEメールで連絡しなかった場合、そのプレーヤーは失格となり、大会から除外される。
クロック、チェスセット、棋譜用紙は主催者で用意したものを使用すること。
棋譜は最後まで記入すること。試合が終わったら両プレーヤーはお互いの棋譜用紙にサインし合い、アービターに結果を報告する。サインの前に必ず結果を確認すること。
携帯電話、タブレット、スマートウォッチ等の電子機器類は、試合のとき完全に電源を切り、カバンなどにしまうこと。それらは試合中、身に着けてはならず、カバンに入れて会場の外へ持ち出すことも禁止する。このルールは電子機器類の電源が入っているかどうかによらず適用され、違反したプレーヤーは不戦敗ではなく、ただちに負けとなる。また、見学者及び試合を終えたプレーヤーに対しても、会場内でのスマートフォンなどあらゆる通信機器類の使用を禁止する。
スタート順位を決める基準の優先順位は、FIDEスタンダード、国内スタンダード、称号、氏名ABC順とする。
上記以外のことはFIDEルール(Laws of Chess)に沿って判断する。
メディア関連
本大会の結果は報告のためインターネット上（chess-results.com）に公開される。 また、棋譜についてもインターネット上に公開される可能性がある。 参加者は氏名、結果及び棋譜の公開に同意しているものとする。
試合開始から10分間のみ、見学者にカメラ撮影を許可する。それ以降の撮影は禁止とする。ただし、特別な許可を受けた場合は別とする。
個人による参加者の写真・動画（対局中、表彰式等）の使用に関しては、プライバシーの保護に十分注意すること。事前に包括的に了解を取ることに加え、例えば未成年者の場合は必ず保護者の許可を取るなど、個人情報保護や肖像権保護に充分な配慮をすること。
本大会の様子を主催者が写真撮影・動画撮影を行うことがある。大阪阿倍野チェスクラブが管理するウェブサイト・SNS・動画サイト・機関誌などの媒体で公開する場合がある。参加者はこれらの写真及び動画の公開に同意しているものとする。
その他
主催者は1ラウンド開始前に上記のルールを適切な理由で変更する場合がある。
大阪阿倍野チェスクラブからのメールをきるようにしておくこと。
発熱、体調不良があるときはスタッフに連絡し、会場からただちに出ること。明らかな体調不良があると主催者が判断する場合には、会場から退出させることがある。
会場内でのマスクの着用は個人の判断に委ねる。明らかな体調不良がない場合でも、花粉症などで咳やくしゃみ等の症状がある時は、新しい不織布マスクの着用を求める場合がある。
大会会場(かでる2・7)のルールには従うこと。なお、会場には喫煙エリアはない。
個人間で起きたトラブルに関して、日本チェス連盟は一切の責任を負わない。
キャンセルポリシー
大会参加をキャンセルする場合は、必ず 大阪阿倍野チェスクラブ宛にメールでご連絡すること。 返金可否は、キャンセルの時期による。

Default Time: Players who are more than 30 minutes late after the start of the match will be penalized. Their ratings will not be affected.
Advance Bye: Byes (forfeits) may be requested by 6:00 PM the day before the tournament. Please contact TD. A bye declared in advance is worth 0.5 points, a bye declared after the deadline is worth 0 points, but all byes declared in the final two rounds are worth 0 points. Players with two or more byes declared in more than one round are ineligible for prizes.
A mandatory bye (a bye due to pairings) is worth 1 point.
Pairings for Round 1 will be conducted and announced after registration/check-in has closed (11:30). Players who have not registered at this time will not be included in the pairings for Round 1 and will be counted as having 0 points. In such cases, they will be included in pairings for the next round after checking in.
If you wish to declare a bye after the bye deadline or cancel your participation in the tournament, please contact Osaka Abeno Chess Club by email at codfish@hyper.ocn.ne.jp.
If you do not submit an absence notification in advance and do not contact the above address by email before the pairings for the next round are announced, you will be disqualified and removed from the tournament.
Please use the clock, chess set, and game score paper provided by the organizer.
The game record must be completed to the end. At the end of the match, both players sign each other's game records and report the result to the arbiter. Be sure to check the result before signing.
Electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, and smartwatches must be completely turned off and placed in a bag during the match. They may not be worn during the match, and are prohibited from being carried outside the venue in a bag. This rule applies whether the device is turned on or off. A player who violates this rule will be immediately penalized for a loss, not a forfeit. Spectators and players who have finished their matches are also prohibited from using smartphones or any other communication devices within the venue.
The priority criteria for determining starting order are FIDE standard, national standard, title, and alphabetical order by name.
All other decisions will be made in accordance with the FIDE Laws of Chess.
Media
The results of this tournament will be posted online (chess-results.com) for reporting purposes. Game records may also be posted online. Participants agree to the publication of their names, results, and game records.
Spectators are permitted to take photos for the first 10 minutes of the match. Photography is prohibited after that time, unless special permission is granted.
When using personal photos or videos of participants (during the match, the award ceremony, etc.), privacy must be protected. In addition to obtaining comprehensive consent in advance, minors must always obtain parental permission. Sufficient consideration must be given to protecting personal information and portrait rights.
The organizers may take photographs and videos of the tournament. These may be published on Osaka Abeno Chess Club's website, social media, video sites, journals, and other media. Participants agree to the publication of these photos and videos.

The organizers may change the above rules before the start of each round for appropriate reasons.

If you have a fever or feel unwell, contact a member of staff and leave the venue immediately. If the organizers determine that you are clearly unwell, you may be asked to leave the venue. Wearing a mask inside the venue is at the discretion of the individual. Even if you are not clearly feeling unwell, you may be asked to wear a new non-woven mask if you experience symptoms such as coughing or sneezing due to hay fever.
Please follow the rules of the tournament venue (Kaderu 2-7). There is no smoking area at the venue.
The Japan Chess Federation assumes no responsibility for any disputes arising between individuals.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your participation in the tournament, you must contact Osaka Abeno Chess Club by email. Refunds will depend on the timing of cancellation.
